Carolyn Jean (Campbell) Ray

Carolyn Jean Ray, 73 of Mannington passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026, at her home.  Born November 20, 1952, to the late Clark Campbell and Mary (Defer) Petrie.  She was employed by Wal-Mart for 25 years when she retired.  In addition, to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Merrell; son, Jason Merrell; and brother, Lawrence Campbell.

Carolyn is survived by her grandchildren, Damian Merrell and Regan Merrell; sister, Linda (Rick) Bishop; brother, Jacob Petrie; nephew, Richard Bishop; and her little dog, Blue.

Services will be private for family at a later date.
